Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HM Rana International Professional Institute website (hmranaeducation.com) and the purchase of any courses, study materials, or services offered by us. By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Us

HM Rana International Professional Institute is a professional certification coaching institute based in Pakistan, operated by HM Rana Umar Farooq. We provide coaching for CMA USA, CIA USA, CPA USA, CFA USA, ACCA, and CA Pakistan qualifications.

2. Course Enrollment

2.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or agreed instalment payment). We will provide course access details via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

2.2 Course Access

  • Recorded lecture access is provided via a secure online link or portal login.
  • Study materials are provided in digital format (PDF).
  • Live session schedules are communicated upon enrollment.
  • Course access is for the enrolled student only and may not be shared with third parties.

2.3 Course Validity

Recorded courses remain accessible for a period specified at the time of enrollment (typically 12–24 months). We reserve the right to update course content to reflect changes in exam syllabi.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (Pakistan and international)
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash (Pakistan)
  • Western Union / Wise (international)
  • PayPal

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. The price valid at the time of enrollment will be honoured. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) equivalents are available upon request.

3.3 Installment Plans

Installment payment arrangements may be available for certain courses. Contact us at hmufrana@gmail.com to discuss installment options before enrolling.

4. Refund Policy

Summary: Full refund within 7 days if no course material has been accessed. Partial refund (50%) within 14 days. No refund after 14 days or after materials have been accessed.

4.1 Full Refund

A full refund is available within 7 days of payment, provided that no course materials, lecture recordings, or study notes have been accessed or downloaded.

4.2 Partial Refund

A 50% refund is available within 14 days of payment, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

4.3 No Refund

No refund is available after 14 days of payment, or once more than 20% of course content has been accessed, or for study materials and books once delivered/downloaded.

4.4 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at hmufrana@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, study materials, lecture recordings, videos, and written materials are the intellectual property of HM Rana International Professional Institute. You may not:

  • Share, copy, or distribute course materials to any third party
  • Record or screen-capture live or recorded sessions
  • Upload any course content to any platform or social media
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of course access without refund and may result in legal action.

6. Student Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you meet the eligibility requirements for the certification you are studying for.
  • Exam registration fees and awarding body fees are separate from our coaching fees and are your responsibility.
  • We provide coaching and study support — exam pass results depend on individual student effort and preparation.
  • You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.

7. Disclaimer

HM Rana International Professional Institute provides coaching to help students prepare for professional examinations. We do not guarantee exam pass results. Past student success rates are indicative and individual results may vary based on study effort, prior knowledge, and exam performance.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by IMA USA, IIA, AICPA, ACCA, CFA Institute, or ICAP. All certification names are trademarks of their respective awarding bodies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HM Rana International Professional Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of employment opportunity, or technical issues with course access.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
